Step 1: Gather Keyword Ideas

Step 2: Fill Out the Spreadsheet

Step 3: Understand Keyword Types

Shorttail:
  • 1–3 words
  • Broad and high volume

Longtail:
  • 3+ words
  • Specific and intent-rich

Primary Keywords:
  • The main target keyword for your content
